Water Damage Cleanup Process
First things First – Call us! Crew standing by 24/7. Some of the questions you will be asked include when and how the water damage occurred, as well as the location. Once we have your contact information, we will coordinate a time to come to your property for an assessment.
What happens next will occur in a series of processes starting with the assessment and inspection of your property. Once we determine the cause and source of the water damage, we begin working out a plan for extraction and restoration. Keeping in mind that there may be mold, mildew, or other volatile organic compounds in the area, we ensure a plan to keep you and our crew safe from exposure.

- Determine water type (clean water from pipes, dirty water from flooding, black water or sewage)
- Basic mold and asbestos inspection
- Removal of furniture and other items that can be salvaged or that hasn’t been damaged
- Create a water extraction and restoration plan
The next set of processes include the water extraction itself, and removal of damaged items in the space. Depending on the situation, various pieces of equipment may be used. This can include industrial truck-mounted vacuums, pumps, and water suction mats.
Once all standing water is gone, all debris will be removed. Items that have been damaged will be trashed as well. An inspection will be conducted to determine the extent of damage to the floors and walls.
During this course of action, we will use our state-of-the-art drying equipment. This will include dehumidifiers, air filters, and multiple high-powered fans. The drying process may take a few days, however, we strive for the fastest way to ensure no further mold damage. Once dried out, we will check for moisture using hygrometers and moisture meters to see if more work needs to be done.
Once everything has been determined as dry, we can pack up and begin the restoration process. We begin by cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing the area. We finish with the restoration of any walls or floors including the drywall and flooring. If we are able to restore any of your items, we will complete that process at our facility and return them.
